Yes! Elevation Basements Provides a 1-Year Warranty on all provided materials and craftsmanship.
What is communication like during the construction phase?
Our construction team will be in constant communication with you throughout the duration of your project. We love updating our clients on progress, inspections, and the upcoming schedule. Punctual communication is our standard.
How messy is the construction phase?
Our construction team goes the extra mile when it comes to cleanliness and containment of dust and debris from entering your home. On every job we install a plastic zipper wall between your finished home and basement. We protect your basement HVAC vents and regularly check furnace filters. Aside from the rare occasion, our trade partners and material deliveries will access your home through a window well or walk out entrance.
Does Elevation Basements obtain a Building Permit when finishing Basements?
Elevation Basements is a licensed and insured General Contractor that permits all projects within the municipality in which it occurs.
