OUR 5 STEPS FOR SUCCESS
COLLABORATE AND DESIGN
To begin this process, our team will meet you at your property, discuss the vision of your space and help provide expertise on ways to maximize the potential of your new basement. We then quickly provide you with a custom floor plan option at no cost. After your review, we give you the opportunity to provide feedback to finalize your design. Once a floor plan is finalized, Elevation will provide you with a base-package proposal so that you understand your starting point. Clients are then able build upon this base-package by selecting upgraded options and finishes from our extensive catalog and design studio.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING
Now it's time to get to work! The purpose of this meeting is to solidify the vision and finalize all details. Together, we will review all of your project documents and contracts. Along the way, we are consistently making sure that everyone is on the same page. We don’t expect our clients to be experts (that’s where we come in) so this is our opportunity to establish expectations and offer clarity on the process moving forward.
DESIGN STUDIO SELECTIONS
This is your one stop shop for all flooring, tile, cabinet and countertop upgrade selections! You will never be asked to waste tedious hours hunting down the right suppliers to find all of these selections. We have streamlined this process down to a free 3hr Design Studio Appointment. Our showroom contains hundreds of beautiful traditional and new trending materials to choose from. A professional designer will help you select your final finishes and make your basement one of a kind.
CONSTRUCTION PHASE
With all pre-construction completed, it's finally time to make your vision come to life! Our construction process is precise and down to a science. To ensure the success of your project we carefully track everything from material and labor scheduling to quality control and inspections. Our team is in constant communication with you, providing updates and answering questions throughout the process. We get you involved at our Pre-Drywall walk-though to ensure everything is exactly where it needs to be before covering walls with drywall, paint, tile, etc. Who said construction couldn’t be fun!?
PRE-SETTLEMENT ORIENTATION
Most contractors claim "Client satisfaction is our top priority"… We prove it! When your project is close to completion, we conduct our Pre-Settlement Orientation with you. During this walk-through, we go room by room, putting blue tape on the walls for final paint and drywall touch-ups as well as creating a punch-list together of any outstanding items and repairs. This is also an opportunity for our team to educate you on the functionality and new features of your basement.
